1. Acceptance

By accessing conquerormusic.com (the "Site") or downloading any of its music, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The music

All compositions on the Site are original works by the independent artist behind Epic Conqueror Music. The compositions remain the intellectual property of the artist. The Site grants you a free license to use the music subject to the terms below and the dedicated License page.

3. Permitted use

You may use any track in the archive in monetized YouTube videos, live streams, podcasts, video games, films, advertisements, and client work — provided you include the required attribution:

4. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • Re-upload the tracks to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, SoundCloud as your own, etc.).
  • Sell the tracks as standalone audio files or include them in sample/loop packs.
  • Claim authorship of the tracks.
  • Use the music in content promoting hate, harassment, violence, or illegal activity.
  • Use automated tools to mass-download or scrape the archive in a way that disrupts service.

5. Custom licensing

For uses outside the standard license — broadcast TV, theatrical release, exclusive sync, or commissioned scoring — contact epicconquerormusic@gmail.com.

6. No warranty

The Site and music are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the music will be fit for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic Conqueror Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or the music.

8. Termination

We may revoke the free license granted to any specific user who violates these Terms, without notice, and pursue all remedies available under applicable copyright law.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
